Cinnamon Caramel Hot Chocolate


ALWAYS ASK AN ADULT TO HELP YOU WITH THIS RECIPE


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/4 cups cold low-fat chocolate milk
  • 1 tbls caramel syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pour the milk into a bowl that you can use in the microwave.
  2. Stir in the caramel syrup and cinnamon.
  3. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until it is very hot, but not boiling.  Be sure not to overheat it or it will not froth.
  4. Carefully remove from the microwave and place the bowl safely away from the edge of the counter.
  5. Whisk rapidly with a wire whisk until it is frothy.
  6. Pour into a large mug and enjoy.
