Kathy Naylor
Mrs. Naylor graduated from George West High School and then became a stay-at-home mom substituting at her children’s school. After her children were all in school, she decided to go back to college and get her teaching degree. She attended Texas A&M at Corpus Christi and graduated in 1995. Not finding work closer to home, she accepted the 1st grade teaching position here at Pawnee 14 years ago. She taught 1st grade for 11 years and then was able to move to the Junior High and teach Science to the 4th through 8th graders. She has been teaching Science now for three years. Mrs. Naylor believes that educated people help make the world a better, less prejudiced, place to live. Only with education can we be prepared to provide for ourselves a good way of life.
