Beef Vegetable
Soup
ALWAYS READ RECIPE CAREFULLY
AND
FOLLOW PROPER CLEANING
PROCEDURES
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 gal water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cabbage head
- 1-2 corn on the cobs

- 1 lb beef bones
- 1 potato - diced
- 1 carrot - diced
- 1/4 cup onions - diced
|
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Boil water, spices and beef bones in a pot. Cook for 2
hours.
- Add vegetables and simmer for an additional 1 hour.
- Taste and add any additional spices if needed.
- Serve with a slice of cornbread or crackers.
