Beef Vegetable Soup


ALWAYS READ RECIPE CAREFULLY AND 

FOLLOW PROPER CLEANING PROCEDURES


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 gal water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cabbage head
  • 1-2 corn on the cobs
  • 1 lb beef bones
  • 1 potato - diced
  • 1 carrot - diced
  • 1/4 cup onions - diced

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Boil water, spices and beef bones in a pot.  Cook for 2 hours.
  2. Add vegetables and simmer for an additional 1 hour.
  3. Taste and add any additional spices if needed.
  4. Serve with a slice of cornbread or crackers.

REMEMBER 4 IMPORTANT THINGS BEFORE YOU TRY OUT RECIPES
