Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs
Always read recipe carefully and
follow proper cleaning procedures!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 dozen fresh eggs
- 1/2 cup salad dressing (reduced or lowfat)
- 1/2 tsp mustard

- 1/4 cup sweet relish
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- dash of salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place eggs in a large pot and cover with cold
water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse.
- Place in cooler until cool.
- Peel eggs and cut in half. Remove yolks and
put in a bowl.
- Mash yolks, adding all ingredients.
- Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in each egg white
half.
- Cover. Refrigerate until ready to
serve.
