Deviled Eggs


Always read recipe carefully and follow proper cleaning procedures!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 dozen fresh eggs
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing (reduced or lowfat)
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup sweet relish
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • dash of salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.  Drain and rinse.
  3. Place in cooler until cool.
  4. Peel eggs and cut in half.  Remove yolks and put in a bowl.
  5. Mash yolks, adding all ingredients.
  6. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in each egg white half.
  7. Cover.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

REMEMBER FOUR IMPORTANT THINGS BEFORE YOU TRY OUT RECIPES

  1. WASH your hands before cooking.
  2. Always ASK for help when needed.
  3. CLEAN UP as needed.
  4. ALWAYS PREP ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS FIRST BEFORE STARTING YOUR RECIPE.
