Pawnee ISD provides a wide variety of benefits available to each employee including an increase from a $25,000 to a $50,000 life insurance policy per employee during their employment with the district beginning September 1, 2019.

EMPLOYEE'S CHILDREN ATTENDING PISD

Children of district employees who are not residents of Pawnee ISD may attend district schools tuition-free. In addition, children of all district employees may attend the school where the employee works.

FREE & DISCOUNT ATHLETIC PASSES

Employees of Pawnee ISD are provided with passes for free admission to all home athletic and events. 

PAYROLL INFORMATION

Payroll Deductions

Employees may elect to have premiums for life, dental and vision insurance, annuities, savings deposits, credit union deductions, and alternative education programs, deducted from their pay checks on a monthly basis. Automatic Payroll Deposit

Employees can have their paychecks electronically deposited into their account at their bank or credit union. With automatic deposit, an employee's pay is immediately available on the pay date. Contact Clay Wolff at cwolff@pawneeisd.net for more information.

SICK LEAVE

Pawnee ISD grants each employee five local sick leave days to be used for personal or family illness. This is in addition to the five days of personal leave awarded yearly to each employee by the state. Contact Clay Wolff at cwolff@pawneeisd.net for more information.

TRAVEL EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT

Employees will be reimbursed for mileage and other travel related expenditures if the employee's supervisor approves the travel.
