Remember that students that do not meet the required immunizations will be sent home until they are obtained. The link below will help you ensure that your child has the minimum immunization requirement.

Minimum Immunization Requirements

This is a reminder to all parents that notes giving the school permission to give the specified medication MUST accompany any medicine sent to the school for your child(ren). The medicine must be in the ORIGINAL container for us to be able to give the medicine. You may send over-the-counter medicine (in the original container) for your child(ren)'s use throughout that school year. Notes MUST be updated EVERY school year. Also any FOOD ALLERGY notes must come from a doctor to be able to be accommodated in the cafeteria.
