Thank you to the City of Beeville for inviting our basketball teams to volunteer at the annual Christmas Tree Lighting! Our players passed out programs, candlesticks, and light candles for the tree lighting. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to work on communication skills and get in the Christmas spirit! They enjoyed the food trucks too! 😁🎄

This week, our 4th-8th grade students were visited by Miss Texas USA, Mallory Fuller! She shared her knowledge and experience in Mental Health and Suicide Awareness, as well as, a little sneak peak of her talent for the upcoming Miss America Pageant. Pawnee ISD would like to thank Miss Fuller for her presentation and wonderful advice given to our students!
We would also like to thank Jackie Witte, with JW Cookie Co, for creating a beautiful replica of Miss Fuller’s book, Henry’s Happy Heart, as a gift to Miss Texas! Jackie's cookies are impeccable!
