Returning Students Ascender Parent Portal

All students returning to Pawnee ISD must update student data information on the Ascender Parent Portal. All returning students should already have a parent portal account linked to them. Please do not create a new account. Log into your existing account. If you can not remember your password, or need to know the email you set up your account with, email registration@pawneeisd.net. If you need to link your student to your account and need a Portal ID email registration@pawneeisd.net.

  1. New students to Pawnee ISD must create a new account on the Ascender Parent Portal.

  2. Send in all required documents to registration@pawneeisd.net

  3. Call 361-456-7256 to obtain your student's Portal ID to link them to your account once registered.

New K-8th Student Registration

Transfer Application

  1. New students out of district must complete a Transfer Application for each child registering.

  2. Submit the completed application(s) and documents to registration@pawneeisd.net

DOCUMENTS

  • Most Recent Report Card or Final Report Card ( if applicable)

  • STAAR Records (if applicable)

  • Letter from current/most recent school district's Principal concerning behavior

  • Current Immunization Record

  • Parent Photo ID

  • Birth Certificate

  • Social Security Card

  • Proof of Address (utility bill or document with physical address)

  • Special Education or 504 document (if applicable)

Call the district at 361-456-7256 to set up your transfer interview once all documents and application have been submitted.
