New students out of district must complete a Transfer Application for each child registering.
Submit the completed application(s) and all documents to registration@pawneeisd.net
Required Documents:
Child's Birth Certificate
Child's Social Security Card
Child's Current Immunization Record
Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Proof of Address (utility bill or rental agreement with physical address)
Letter from current/most recent school district's Principal concerning behavior
Most Recent Report Card or Final Report Card ( if applicable)
Special Education or 504 document (if applicable)
STAAR Records (if applicable)
Current Withdrawal Transfer Form(s) from pervious school district (bring first day of school)
Call the district at 361-456-7256 to ensure all documents and application(s) have been submitted.
Once ALL documents and forms have been received, they will be reviewed by the Campus Principal. Upon review of all documents, a campus designee will notify the enrolling adult to confirm acceptance or denial of the transfer application.
Please note: Transfer applications will ONLY be reviewed if all required documents and forms have been received by the District. Any transfer application that is missing information will NOT be reviewed for potential acceptance.
