Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited for our upcoming Pep Rally and look forward to celebrating school spirit with our students!
To help ensure a smooth and secure process for student check-outs on this day, please note the following:
📝 If you plan to check your student out after the pep rally, we kindly ask that you notify the front office before the pep rally begins.
🚪 Check-Out Procedure:
When you arrive and sign in, please inform the front office staff if you plan to check your student out after the pep rally.
You will be given a second visitor badge. This badge should be handed to your student’s teacher as a signal that your student has permission to leave after the event.
This process helps us minimize disruptions and ensure all students are accounted for safely.

SB 12 Consent for School Counseling Just a reminder that the School Counseling Services Consent form sent home last Tuesday must be returned by Thursday, 8/28/2025. If the form is not returned, or you decline services, your student will not be able to participate in classroom/group led social emotional learning, skills based activities such as, conflict resolution, mindfulness strategies, positive coping, relational skills building and team building etc.
* Checking "YES" does not mean that your child will engage in on-going individual counseling services THAT IS A TOTALLY SEPARATE SERVICE AND WILL REQUIRE PARENT INVOLVEMENT.
